Yes. Customers never pay a fee to post requests, receive offers, or chat with a merchant. Merchants pick a plan that suits their volume — free to start.

How do merchants verify themselves?

Every merchant goes through a setup flow: verified email, phone, business address, categories, and a published profile. Reviews and ratings surface who actually delivers.

What happens if no one responds?

You can edit the radius or description and re-open the request. If the category is too niche in your area yet, Pingo notifies you when a merchant joins who matches.

Not yet — for now, payment happens directly between you and the merchant. In-app payments are on the roadmap.

Which cities is Pingo live in?

We launched in the Dutch Caribbean (Curaçao, Aruba, Bonaire) and Medellín. New regions are added as merchant coverage hits critical mass.
